What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellations. Every order begins processing from the moment it is received, as such we are not able to offer cancellations. 

What is your return policy?

 At Luxe Papeterie, we’re committed to helping keep our customers and staff safe during this difficult time.

In efforts to help stop the spread of Covid 19, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS, until further notice.

Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct items.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

We do not accept returns for sale items.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

What is your exchange policy?

In an effort to keep everyone safe during this difficult time,  Unfortunately, Luxe Papeterie is unable to accepting exchanges due to COVID 19 until further notice 

What if I never received my item?

Unless you purchase Route Package Protection with your order, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

 What should I do if my item arrived defective?

We strive to offer you high-quality items, but once in a blue moon, something slips by that is not up to our standards. We're so sorry that your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition!

 

Be sure to contact Customer Care right away if anything is ever missed with an item.

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

Yes, we ship packages to PO Boxes.
